Chris is the founder of Navigation Learning; an organisation that works with school and colleges to develop outstanding Work-Related Learning programmes.
Navigation learning’s innovative products and services empower young people to develop their work skills, and support educators to deliver and manage work experience, employer engagement and in-class employability provision.
Their key product, Navigate, is used by schools and colleges across the UK. This online platform enables students to access work-related learning activities and evidence their progress. It also provides rich data to schools and colleges to measure the impact of their work-related programmes.
Prior to founding Navigation Learning, Chris held various management roles in the FE sector and was a consultant, trainer and writer in the educational, private and public sectors. In this capacity Chris was known for publishing influential reports in partnership with some of the UK’s top educationalists, as well as a number of articles for press.
