During her past two years at BIT, Bibi has designed and implemented mixed-methods randomised controlled trials in further education (FE) colleges and employment settings as part of the Behavioural Research Centre for Adult Skills and Knowledge (ASK). Bibi is also working towards her PhD at UCL Institute of Education, where she studies how FE college students can be better supported by their social support networks using text messages as behavioural tools. In addition her work on large-scale trials, Bibi supports BIT’s qualitative work in education and co-authored guidance on the design and implementation of complex interventions. Bibi completed the MSc Social Cognition at University College London (UCL) with Distinction and holds a BA in Liberal Arts and Sciences (Psychology and Anthropology) from University College Utrecht.
