It is vital that education can evidence learner progression recommended on the EHC Plans. Effective use of RARPA will create an auditable, learner-centred plan to recognise, monitor, and record progress in all learners. Included in this session will be: • How the RARPA process clearly links to the EHC Plan • Evidence of recording, tracking and monitoring of paperwork • Creative ways to capture learner voice • Appropriately challenging learning objectives • How and when is feedback to learners given – formal/informal • How do the progress reviews demonstrably improve teaching practice • How is external triangulation set up and with whom? • Preparation for Ofsted
